Leaders in Training
MOSAIC'S LEADERS IN TRAINING PROGRAM equips emerging leaders for effectiveness in ministry through relational, hands-on leadership experiences. Leaders in Training are selected from within the Mosaic community to be on one of two tracks:
Volunteer Leaders in Training
The Volunteer Leaders in Training track provides young leaders essential ministry experiences designed to prepare them to serve God in and through a local church. Each Volunteer Leader in Training works with a supervisor from the Mosaic staff and is given a personal role description that requires a minimum of 10 hours per week for one year. Although this is an unpaid role, those on this track are welcome to raise part-time financial support.
Application

Staff Leaders in Training
The Staff Leaders in Training Track is for men and women who are called to vocational ministry, preparing them for long-term work at Mosaic, a church plant or internationally. Leaders on this track spend one or two years as part of the Mosaic staff, and are usually selected from the Mosaic leadership pool in consideration of current needs.
