Leaders in Training
 MOSAIC'S LEADERS IN TRAINING PROGRAM is designed to equip emerging leaders for effectivness in ministry. Leaders in training are usually selected from the leadership pool at Mosaic in consideration of current needs. Leaders in Training are given staff roles with significant responsibilities as a means of preparing them for long-term ministy at Mosaic, a church plant or as an international partner/staff.
