Every Sunday, 12:00 PM, from 08/30/2009 to 09/13/2009 Mosaic partners with Harvey Scott School, a socio-economically diverse K-8th grade school located in Portland’s NE Cully neighborhood, to offer the hope of Jesus through community development in the school and surrounding neighborhood. More than three-quarters of the children live at or below the poverty line, so we're going to help them start the school year by providing backpacks and $20 school supply giftcards for the school's neediest families. Drop off a backpack and/or $20 for a giftcard at the Mission Table in the lobby by Sunday, September 13.
Sunday, August 30, 2009, 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM Do you typically attend the evening gathering, or are you thinking of switching to evenings? On October 4, Mosaic will launch a 4th gathering, changing evening gathering times to 5:15pm and 7:00pm. Stick around after the 5:30pm gathering August 30 to pray for the new gathering, celebrate what God is doing in and through Mosaic, and connect with others who may be committing to an evening gathering. Childcare available through 5th grade.
