Short-Term Artist Team in KosovoMosaic's primary global partnership is with church planters in Kosovo. From September 30 - October 10 Mosaic's first short-term team traveled to Gjilan, Kosovo and worked alongside Mosaic global staff, Ron & Lisa Ramsey, to engage with a community of young Kosovar artists. The hope is that this trip will lay the foundation for Mosaic to regularly support our Kosovo partnership with short-term teams.

Update from team member Dana Bays:
"In our efforts to build relationships with a community of artists in a country shaped by war, one that is new and healing, we have found more than we expected. We have found a thriving cultural center in the city of Gjilan, shaped by older, experienced artists who have taught and influenced several generations of young and future artists in Kosovo. Our artists have spent the week giving presentations at the local art school, facilitating art workshops in the Ringjallja Center and we have all started to build meaningful connections within the community. Our time in Gjilan has confirmed that the arts are key to creating opportunities for us to show God's love in Kosovo."
